We Read Romance is an online book club community for romance readers.

Our pick for August 2026!

This month, the book club will be dipping our toes into romantic suspense for the very first time! We chose Indigo Ridge by Devny Perry (who you may recognize from Shield of Sparrows and Rites of the Starling).

This novel follows Winslow Covington, our FMC and new Chief of Police of Quincy, MT as she tries to solve a crime that has been committed on a local family’s property alongside a man she has been trying to avoid since her first night in town.
